We went for brunch at another Malaysian's house; she married a local and is a resident here. I really appreciate the sister that organised it because she got all the permanent residents that she knew to this brunch. It's because we don't really fit in with the postgraduate group...we are not Masters and PhD students and thus our life situation is a bit different.
The hostess cooked yummy nasi lemak made from ingredients from her own backyard. We had a good time and made new friends. One of them is a doctor too; though more senior (fellow level) and as usual, I always get along better with other doctors because of the things I can think to talk about. Hehehehe.
